Eric Leffler
EQLeadership Specialist
Hi! I'm Eric Leffler and I'm an EQLeadership specialist.
I help people unlock their leadership potential by learning how to lead themselves, others and the communities that surround them through emotional intelligence leadership techniques.
My work is meant to speak to those who refuse to accept work as a zero-sum game and want to move beyond our collective workplace triggers.
I was born and raised in New Jersey and currently reside in Connecticut with my pre-teen son and rescue dog Mando.
MY APPROACH
Awareness, Attachment, Acceptance
My job as an EQLeadership specialist is to guide you through the process of exploring your workplace past, while actualizing a new, and improved, future.
We'll spend our time together in different places. You will find yourself somewhere in between your past conditioning and your desired future state. You'll fight every perception of who you know yourself to be.
Meanwhile, I'll be looking for patterns as in impartial observer. My job is to hold a mirror before you so you can see your true potential, and find your breakthrough moment.
Working with me is an open dialogue. Our only objective is growth, but if you're willing to put the work in, you'll gain something no one can ever take from you.
